Day In The Life Workshops Insight

"The aim of sending my daughter along to the workshop was for her to get a better understanding of her career choice and make sure that this is the career path for her.

Well Micaela absolutely loved the day and said that this is exactly what she wants to study. She had a wonderful time with the presenters and other students who were in attendance. She has already made some new friends on facebook. J Micaela travelled across from Melbourne as she attends boarding school there and we travelled from Country NSW (north of Albury area) The money spent on travel was well worth it to see the enthusiasm on her face and in her voice upon her return.

Micaela also took along her portfolios for discussion with which she received very positive feedback. I guess for Micaela having worked with Mac computers and photo shop the day was a lot easier for her to follow, but thoroughly enjoyable.

My thanks to you all and I know that Micaela will be working very hard for the remainder of year 11 and year 12 next year to ensure her acceptance into Billy Blue. Her enthusiasm has been revitalised and she is already thinking about what her next project will be".
